SealXpert Moly Grease

SealXpert Moly Grease is suited to a wide range of applications, including bearings, gears, and sliding parts. These moly greases have lithium soap as the base and have excellent water resistance and shear stability. Versatile greases recommended for general and wide applications. SealXpert molybdenum grease is applied by cleaning the contact areas and applying with brush, spatula, grease gun or automatic lubricating device. SealXpert Hi-Temp Moly Grease

SealXpert Hi-Temp Molybdenum Grease is suited to extreme high temperatures required at ironworks, cement plants, etc. for sliding; rotating and threaded parts in steel mill sliding nozzles and rotary nozzles, bearings in ladle hangers and furnace dampers; transfer surfaces of tire liners and support rollers in rotary kilns at cement plants; sliding parts, bolts, nuts, pins, and bushings under high temp. SealXpert Hi-Temp Molybdenum Grease contains heat-resistant molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) as the solid lubricant, in various combinations. SealXpert Hi-Temp Moly Lubes reduce seizure even at high temperatures applications. Before applying the molybdenum lubricants, clean the contact areas and apply with brush, spatula, grease gun or automatic lubricating device. SealXpert Hi-Temp Molybdenum Grease can also be used in central lubricating systems.

SealXpert Hi-Speed Moly Grease

SealXpert Hi-Speed Moly Grease can be used on bearings in electric machinery designed to reduce energy and current usage, and on high speed conveyance linear motion devices and ball screws. SealXpert Hi-Speed Moly Lubes can also be used on machine tool spindles and other bearings that revolve at high-speeds. This molybdenum grease has low viscosity ester oil base, which has outstanding low torque and low friction properties. SealXpert Hi-Speed Molybdenum greasealso has exceptional lubricity lasts for long periods of time over a wide range of temperatures.Before applying SealXpert Hi-Speed Moly lubes, clean the contact areas and apply with brush, spatula, grease gun or automatic lubricating device. SealXpert Hi-Speed Moly Grease can be used in central lubricating systems.

Sealxpert Moly Open Gear & Wire Rope Grease

Sealxpert Molybdenum Open Gear & Wire Rope Grease is used for initial lubrication of chains with hollow pins equipped with grease nipples. e.g., high tenter clamp chains in the textile industry and conveyor chains in food sterilizer units. Sealxpert Molybdenum Open Gear & Wire Rope Grease is an effective moly lube also used for gear drives and open gears, sliding bearings operating at low speeds and high temperatures, such as bearings in drying systems and calendaring machines used in various industrial processes.  This molybdenum grease is used as an emergency lubrication that can withstand high pressure resistance. The moly grease offers high wear protection and it is extremely adhesive and resistant against water.

Before applying Sealxpert Molybdenum Open Gear & Wire Rope Grease, clean the contact areas. As is usual with lubricating greases, apply by means of a brush, spatula, grease-gun or automatic lubrication device.

For use on Chains with hollow pins: The hollow pins should be completely packed with Sealxpert Molybdenum Open Gear & Wire Rope Grease. Re-lubricate the chains through grease nipples using a grease gun.

For use on Gears: The tooth profiles of new gears should be treated with Sealxpert Molybdenum GN Paste and run without load for a short time to generate a basic solid lubricating film. The gears should then be lubricated with Sealxpert Molybdenum Open Gear & Wire Rope Grease.
